What would you think of somehow including your pairing suggestions with the list of wines on teh blog site? I was just thinking about a quick reference sort of thing.
If I wanted to try one of your suggested wines and wanted to consider a cheese suggestion as well, I would probably need to search through the podcast again to find it. Just a thought.
