Wine & Food Pairing Tortilla española

Wine & Food Pairing Tortilla española

I wanted to pair a unique Spanish wine with this traditional dish, Tortilla española, so I chose the 2007 Les Terrasses Alvaro Palacios from the Priorat region of Spain.
